Your Mission: Lead Operational Security

We are looking for a technically strong profile that thrives on hands-on tasks in security tools, in-depth analysis, and problem-solving. You will work on everything from baseline management and vulnerability scanning to incident response and governance of the Microsoft Defender suite.

Your primary tasks include:

• Baseline management: ensuring that systems and environments meet established security standards
• Incident Response: handling security incidents from identification to resolution, including log, network, and system analysis
• Defender suite: driving governance and optimizing the use of tools (endpoint, identity, email protection)
• Platform security: contributing to scanning and handling vulnerabilities to reduce risks
• Threat Intelligence: translating threat information into concrete security measures
• Security Assessment: helping to assess the security level of new and existing systems
• Vigilance tasks: being part of the readiness for quick response to security incidents

• You are an active and visible player in the team’s backlog and task resolution
• You take ownership and drive tasks independently from start to finish
• You challenge and improve existing solutions with new perspectives
• You navigate safely within Bankdata’s organization and collaboration methods

About The Team: Your Teammates In The Fight Against Threats

You will become part of the Cyber Security team: 7 full-time employees, 2 external consultants, and a leader. We work closely, quickly, and with great freedom and responsibility. We share knowledge, spar in daily standups, and help each other when the threat knocks.

The security area consists of four teams under the CISO:

• IAM
• Cyber Strategy & Security Testing
• Information Security
• Cyber Security (where you will land)

We offer flexibility in terms of remote work, and the team has good experience with virtual collaboration.

Your Toolkit: What We Would Like To See You Have

You probably have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or similar, preferably supplemented with relevant security training.

It would be an advantage if you have experience with:

• NIST / CIS
• Vulnerability Management
• Incident Response
• Threat Intelligence
• Defender suite

Personally, you are:

• Driven by curiosity and a constant desire to learn new things
• Innovative and pragmatic in your approach
• A team player with a focus on automation and efficiency
