Within its main responsibilities are:

Executing performance marketing campaigns for different bank products, maximizing the efficiency of paid and owned media, and generating direct impact on the OKRs of each business community.
Design and execution of digital campaigns with a focus on conversion, using platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Analysis of data and generation of insights for strategic decision-making, using tools like Google Analytics. Monitoring of KPIs such as CPC, conversion rate, cost per acquisition, and return on investment (ROI).

Requirements:

Knowledge in performance marketing, high handling and experience in data-driven decision making.
+ 5 years of experience in integrated marketing, oriented to the customer. Demonstrated success in the planning and implementation of the performance-oriented marketing function, including the development of key marketing metrics to evaluate value capture.
Experience in all channels especially in the digital ones.
Experience in cost management, financial forecasting, and control.
Higher degrees in marketing.
