We are seeking a Wealth Management Senior Operations Administrator to play a key role in supporting the full life cycle of Trust accounts from onboarding new relationships to ongoing transactions. In this role you will:
The ideal candidate will have an associate's degree in business, paralegal studies, or related field coupled with five years' experience in trusts, investment operations, wealth management operations, banking operations, and/or brokerage industry operations; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Computer skills a must with FiTek experience preferred. Must have a demonstrated ability to remain highly confidential.
