We are currently seeking a Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder) who will report to the Store Director. The Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder) is to aid management in ensuring opening and closing procedures are performed correctly according to company's policies. Provide customers with top quality service by meeting their needs and expectations.
General responsibilities include: achieving sales goals, opening and closing the store, ensuring the stockroom is organized and set up properly, assisting management in overseeing day-to-day operations, working towards balanced strengths in sales, operations, merchandising and personnel management, maintaining great interpersonal skills to ensure clear, effective communication, ensuring that customer complaints and feedback are handled appropriately, supporting, following, implementing and enforcing store operations manual, and enforcing all sustainability policies.
Stock, inventory & loss prevention management includes ensuring store shrinkage, ensuring that registers and safe are functioning properly, and enforcing back of house standards for cash/change accuracy along with timely bank deposits.
Visual management includes assisting with implementation of visual display and merchandising as directed, and ensuring that all company information related to visual standards is communicated to the team.
Store maintenance management includes overseeing daily cleaning and upkeep of the inside and outside of the store, maintaining highest standards in the functioning, presentation and maintenance of store property, and ensuring proper levels of supplies are on hand at all times.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within other retail or fashion companies, excellent communication skills, proven ability to drive results in a selling role, commercial awareness and strong business acumen, strategic vision, and a high level of personal performance.
