Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder)

We are currently seeking a Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder) who will report to the Store Director. The Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder) is to aid management in ensuring opening and closing procedures are performed correctly according to company's policies. Provide customers with top quality service by meeting their needs and expectations.

General responsibilities include: achieving sales goals, opening and closing the store, ensuring the stockroom is organized and set up properly, assisting management in overseeing day-to-day operations, working towards balanced strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management, maintaining great interpersonal skills, ensuring customer complaints and feedback are handled appropriately, supporting and enforcing store operations manual, and enforcing all sustainability policies.

Stock, inventory, and loss prevention management responsibilities include ensuring store shrinkage, ensuring registers and safe are functioning properly, and enforcing back of house standards. Visual management responsibilities include assisting with visual display and merchandising, and ensuring company information is communicated to the team. Store maintenance management responsibilities include overseeing daily cleaning, maintaining store property, and ensuring proper levels of supplies are on hand.

Qualifications include 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within other retail or fashion companies, ability to manage multiple tasks through excellent communication skills, proven ability to drive results in a selling role, commercial awareness and strong business acumen, strategic vision, and high level of personal performance.
