Be part of the best team as a Technician After-Sales Service (F/H). You will be responsible for performing maintenance and/or control operations at our clients' sites around the world.

In this role, you will:

• Communicate with the client to determine their needs and perform inspection or repair
• Perform mechanical activities on site alone or with client employees
• Check gears and auxiliaries (pumps, couplings…)
• Replace parts in LUFKIN Gears or competitor reducers, as well as bearings or bushings
• Restore LUFKIN or competitor reducers
• Resolve malfunctions or emergencies if necessary
• Perform vibration checks
• Supervise repairs and technical improvements
• Supervise and direct teams on site (e.g., client subcontractor)
• Write reports after intervention

To succeed in this role, you will need to:

• Hold at least a Bac+2 in mechanics or industrial maintenance
• Have significant experience in a similar role in industry
• Have good knowledge of rotating machinery
• Be rigorous, organized, and methodical
• Show autonomy and be able to take initiatives
• Have at least B2 level in French/English
• Be able to travel worldwide 80% of the time
• Be able to work in difficult conditions (climate, dust) and occasionally work overtime
