Be part of a successful team

In this role, you will travel to client sites and assist with installations or ongoing service provision. You will be involved with commissioning new systems and be responsible for maintaining products and systems.

As a System & Instrumentation Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying & stopping unsafe acts before they happen & reporting unsafe conditions & behaviors immediately
• Adherence to daily/weekly progress or site-specific reporting to the customer & punctual submission of final report
• Understanding of work scope & work compliance for project procedures
• Meeting timely completion of standard service reports, invoicing packages, and other administrative requirements along with driving customer satisfaction.
• Proactive engagement on regional/global initiatives such as Install Base & LARI

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Instrumentation.
• Have minimum 3 years relevant industry experience in instrumentation and automation
• Have experience in field services or maintenance position will be an advantage.
• Be a good team player and display good communication skills with fluency in English and Russian
• Have demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others and team.
• Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to identify and solve problems.
• Be an experienced problem solver, with a methodical approach to solving complex customer issues.

This is Field position working on various field rotations as advised by your Supervisor. This role is working with our customer on-site within the region.
