The AMO Supervisor is a position in the workshop that ensures the activities related to the preventive and corrective maintenance of electromechanical equipment for solid control, storage of drilling cuttings, water treatment, and sludge dehydration are safe and reliable, delivered to the global AMO organization in a cost-effective and efficient manner, without causing harm to people or the environment. The position specifically focuses on drilling termination fluids within the company's Oilfield Services portfolio. It performs effective cost control and resource optimization, administrative management, inventories, timely presentation of reports, presentation of work plans, QHSE management (HSE induction and orientation for new employees, risk analysis of routine and critical tasks, Stop Work, environmental conservation, improvement initiatives). The AMO supervisor reports to an AMO Manager.
