AMO Supervisor

The AMO Supervisor is a position in the workshop that ensures the activities related to the preventive and corrective maintenance of electromechanical equipment for solid control, storage of drilling cuttings, water treatment, and sludge dehydration are safe and reliable, delivered to the global AMO organization in a cost-effective and efficient manner, without causing harm to people or the environment. The position specifically focuses on drilling termination fluids within the company's Oilfield Services portfolio. It performs effective cost control and resource optimization, administrative management, inventories, timely presentation of reports, presentation of work plans, QHSE management (HSE induction and orientation for new employees, risk analysis of routine and critical tasks, Stop Work, environmental conservation, improvement initiatives). The AMO supervisor reports to an AMO Manager.

Requirements:

• Professional in electronic engineering, Mechanic or Electromechanical
• Minimum 3 years experience in the supervision of maintenance, assembly, refurbishment, and operation of AMO equipment and tools.
• Knowledge in solid control equipment, pumps, and generally equipment related to oil well drilling.
• Knowledge in HSE standards and quality management.
• Intermediate level of English

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily maintenance operations, assembly, and refurbishment (AMO).
• Coordinate the preparation of equipment according to the resource request sent by the Project Coordinator.
• Ensure that workshop tools and equipment are fully operational, seeking maximum efficiency in the processes developed.
• Ensure compliance with company and customer quality standards.
• Review, direct, and execute the maintenance program for electromechanical equipment in solid control systems, storage tanks for drilling cuttings, tanks for water treatment, tanks for sludge dehydration, power panels, speed variators, transformers, laboratory booths, and warehouses.
• Coordinate with the technical team and FES Supervisors the execution of the maintenance program for the well, carry out failure statistics to ensure traceability, efficiency, and safety.
• Implement continuous improvement plans in workshop processes.
• Manage the inventory of critical tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Provide support in internal and external audits.
• Perform maintenance cost control of all equipment destined for a project, maintaining quality standards.
• Manage and supervise the stock of repair parts, manage inventory, and strive to ensure efficient rotation of spare parts avoiding obsolete inventory.
• Compliance and control of the company's HSE policies and standards.
• Prepare, review, and authorize work orders for their area.
• Attend the maintenance requirements of corrective work promptly from the operational work fronts of FES.
• Perform field visits to ensure equipment maintenance.
• Perform quality control of external works executed by outsourcing.
• Present technical management reports when required with the required frequency by Management.
