Services Specialist- Warehouse And Logistics Ops

As a Services Specialist- Warehouse and Logistics Ops, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising daily logistics activities of materials, checking task progress, training employees, providing guidance on technical aspects of products, handling procedures and warehousing, preserving the integrity, characteristics of the operation within the norms of safety and quality.
• Controlling WSC inventory, optimizing the available area, ensuring the optimal level of inventory and issuing material replenishment requisitions
• Participating in planning and production meetings, ensuring the correct receipt and delivery of goods according to company procedures and standards
• Planning, cataloging, and organizing the arrangement of stored materials, tools, and equipment, facilitating handling and reducing the storage area and the number of movements
• Ensuring compliance with operational procedures and SSMA &Q
• Following port operations and participating in decisions on occupancy (entries and exits of vessels at Wellstream)
• Planning port operations with Project, Supply, Planning, and Operations Management
• Interface with Vessels, Maritime Agencies, Port, Port Operator, Customs Brokers, and other service providers relevant to each operation
• Monitoring the maintenance plan and certification of equipment and tools;
• Working in accordance with the company's policies and procedures related to Health, Safety, and Environment, ensuring that they are practiced by employees, suppliers, and third parties, reporting any non-compliance, accidents, incidents, or potential risk situations and interrupting eventual unsafe situations or harmful to the environment, health, and safety, based on attitude, training, leadership, and commitment

To succeed in this role, you need:

• Pursuing Higher Education in Logistics
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (oral and written)
• Availability for business travel
• Experience in material logistics and warehouse
• Solid knowledge of equipment used in flexible line operations
• Good use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of ERP and SAP
• Good decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal communication
• Demonstrate aptitude for teamwork
