Service Delivery Manager - Artificial Lift System

Our team provides technical expertise to meet our client expectation in Artificial Lift requirement. We provide customers with the peace of mind needed to reliably and efficiently improve their operations. Partner with the best You will be accountable for the service delivery performance of products and services for Artificial Lift System (ALS). Ensuring that Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue, profit, and cash collection opportunity by enabling flawless execution, on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs.
As a Service Delivery Manager – ALS, you will be responsible for:
- Ensure all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars
- Constructing business plans incorporating essential market drivers and all obtainable analytics.
- Oversee the budget and P/L for the area of responsibility
- Collaborate with sales/comms teams as well as direct interaction with customers for assigned area to understand the activity forecast (volume and complexity)
- Ensure flawless execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume and complexity of forecasted activity and ensuring Quality plans are in line with our job cycle process
- Ensure that the team fully understand the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio to ensure we harvest our contracts and collect what we are owed
- Leadership to Develop team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans
- Leading and driving continuous cost-efficiency alternatives while maintaining excellence in service delivery, Preparation and handling required resources for growth including equipment.
Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Have at least 10 years of experience of a technical background in Artificial Lift/ESP.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role
- Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Have an excellent operational background.
