The Cementation Services Coordinator ensures that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long-term revenue, profit, and collection opportunities by ensuring flawless execution, timely delivery, contract compliance, and collection of assigned jobs.
Coordinate the safe, efficient, and quality-compliant delivery of well cementation services, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting operational and financial objectives.
Functions and Responsibilities
- Planning and Coordination:
- Develop work plans for cementation operations, considering slurry design, resources, equipment, and personnel.
- Coordinate logistics of materials (cement, additives) and critical equipment to ensure availability in time and form.
- Operational Management:
- Supervise the execution of cementation jobs in the field, ensuring compliance with procedures and BHGE standards.
- Monitor operational parameters (density, viscosity, pumping times) and apply corrective actions for deviations.
- Client Relationship:
- Act as the main point of contact with the client during planning and execution.
- Present technical proposals and optimizations to improve well integrity and reduce risks.
- Cost Control and Profitability:
- Analyze operational costs and ensure project profitability.
- Prepare post-operation reports with performance analysis, conclusions, and recommendations.
- HSE Compliance:
- Ensure the implementation of HSE policies and procedures in all operations.
- Lead safety initiatives, participate in audits, and promote the STOP WORK culture.
- Quality and Reliability:
- Ensure the correct application of quality standards in cementation design and execution.
- Lead continuous improvement actions and follow up on quality incidents.
Position Requirements
- Education: Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical, or related engineering.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in cementation operations.
- Experience in slurry design, hydraulic simulations, and project coordination.
- Skills:
- Leadership, effective communication, customer focus, technical analysis.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Cementing tools and technologies, design software (CemPro, WellPlan), HSE standards.
