Job Description

Coordinate the safe, efficient, and quality-compliant delivery of tubing running and handling services, ensuring client satisfaction and the achievement of operational and financial objectives.

Functions And Responsibilities

• Planning And Coordination:

  • Develop work plans for tubing operations, considering resources, equipment, and personnel.
  • Coordinate the logistics of tools, materials, and critical equipment to ensure availability in time and form.

• Operational Management:

  • Supervise the execution of field services, ensuring compliance with procedures and BHGE standards.
  • Monitor the progress of operations, anticipate deviations, and apply corrective actions.

• Client Relationship:

  • Act as the main point of contact with the client during planning and execution.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize services and strengthen the commercial relationship.

• Cost Control And Profitability:

  • Analyze operational costs and ensure the profitability of projects.
  • Prepare post-operation reports with performance analysis, conclusions, and recommendations.

• HSE Compliance:

  • Ensure the implementation of HSE policies and procedures in all operations.
  • Lead safety initiatives, participate in audits, and promote the STOP WORK culture.

• Quality And Reliability:

  • Ensure the correct application of quality standards in tubing services.
  • Lead continuous improvement actions and follow up on quality incidents.

Position Requirements

• Education: Petroleum, Mechanical, or related engineering.

• Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in Tubular Running Services operations.
  • Experience in project coordination and management of multidisciplinary teams.

• Skills:

  • Leadership, effective communication, customer orientation, data analysis.

• Technical Knowledge:

  • Tools and technologies for tubing running, torque-turn, HSE standards.
