Quality Department Position

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and improving internal quality systems including plan for controls and analysis of existing production processes.
• Active participation in finding new or changing processes/procedures in production.
• Managing the process of non-conformities, including causes and corrective actions.
• Responsibility for compliance of processes with standards, identification of problems, solution proposals.
• Participation in internal and external audits.
• Active contribution to the creation of documentation for procedures and processes in production.
• Utilization of techniques and tools for process analysis and improvement, processing of analysis outputs, their presentation.
• Cooperation with other departments (Production, Engineering, Purchasing).

Requirements for the Quality Engineer Position:

• Vocational or higher education in mechanical or technical field.
• Previous experience in the quality area.
• At least a basic knowledge of quality assurance systems, ISO 9000 standard.
• Analytical thinking.
• Communication skills.
• English at an advanced level, Czech at least B2.
