Field Supervisor

As a Field Supervisor you will be responsible for:
- Determining and developing resolution to an assortment of problems encountered at the wellsite of moderately complex scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
- Directly managing a team of two or more Field Operators. Overseeing and assigning training, competencies, verifying and approving time sheets, expenses, DOT files, on-boarding, off-boarding, interviewing, promotions, terminations, and performance reviews for direct reports.
- Working directly with Customer Representative and drill crew on location to coordinate operations with the rig and or production facility.
- Providing a record of all assemblies as run to the Customer Representative at the wellsite.
- Advising Customer Representative in OH and CH logging operations, interpreting logging data, troubleshooting, and other wellsite analysis and decision-making processes.
- Managing crew and equipment at the wellsite and at the shop to provide specific logging and completions services.
- Responsible for the maintenance of equipment and facility.
- Maintaining records and communications as required by the District Service Delivery Manager/Coordinator. Assisting with the training of assigned personnel in completions operations and maintenance.
- Promoting and maintaining good customer relations. Performing all required responsibilities safely and as described in Managing Base Operations, Managing Well Operations, and Managing Equipment and Logistics manuals. Performing additional duties within the district/location, as assigned.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a University Degree in Engineering or Applied Science required and 2+ years related experience with in-depth knowledge of Wireline Completions operations, products and services.
- Or two (2) year Technical Associates Degree required and 4+ years related experience with in-depth knowledge of Wireline Completions operations, products and services preferred.
- Or completion of Field Technical Lead II CMP requirements. Previous experience supervising frontline Wireline Operations teams preferred.
