As a Field Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars.
• Collaborating with sales teams and customers for your assigned area to understand the activity forecast (volume and complexity).
• Ensuring that the team fully understand the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio so we harvest contracts and collect appropriately.
• Conducting sales, developing sales relationships with customers, and generating sales-related forecasts.
• Collecting field samples to follow up on customer inquiries and concerns.
• Writing recommendations and submitting quotes to customers.
• Developing your team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans.
• Directing service delivery teams and operations support for flawless execution.
• Providing monitoring of treatment programs and systems.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• High-school diploma/GED
• Have 2 years of experience in technical and/or sales roles in the oil and gas industry.
• Be able to work in the Central and Southern Michigan areas.
• Be knowledgeable about water treatment systems or petrochemical unit processes.
• Have a solid understanding of emulsification, corrosion control, fouling control, and water treatment.
• Have the ability to work independently to troubleshoot and solve complex and interesting problems.
• Have the ability to perform basic field and lab service and communicate performance vs KPIs.
