Quality Systems- Quality Engineering Opportunity

In this opportunity you will drive quality actions to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in order to meet or exceed all regulatory and customer requirements and expectations.

In this Quality Systems- Quality Engineering opportunity you will make impacts in the following ways:

  • Developing and owning the Quality Management System Internal Audit program
  • Coordinating and conducting internal audits to ensure QMS requirements are being met
  • Leading and supporting all audits, internal, external (FAA, customer, etc)
  • Support compliance matrix reviews to ensure we are meeting customer requirements
  • Supporting ES QMS command media reviews to ensure we are compliant with sector level requirements
  • Track, monitor and compile data, as applicable, to support delivery, returns, escapes, internal audit status, CARs, NOEs, etc and report metrics to ES and local leadership teams
  • Supporting updates, testing and rollout of quality system APEX apps, as well as, managing admin rights and permissions with IT

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

  • BS in Engineering or related field with 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Formal qualification to be related to field of work.
  • Technical qualification is preferable and highly recommended.
  • AS9100 experience w/internal auditor experience

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:

  • Previous Manufacturing or Quality experience in Electronics / Electrical assembly
  • Solid quality management systems, manufacturing process knowledge / experience, etc
  • Greenbelt Certification
  • BS in Engineering and 5+ years experience
  • AS9100 Lead Auditor training

Full-Time Salary Range: $94,728 - $161,038

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
