Supervisor II

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Supervisor II to lead our IT Factory Floor Support team in Fort Wayne, IN. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing and supervising the activities of 8 to 10 IT Systems Administrators ensuring the effective and efficient resolution of IT Technical issues, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct the activities of 8 to 10 IT Factory Floor system administrators.
  • Prioritize System Administrators IT support activities to meet customer demands and service level agreements.
  • Provide level 2 and 3 support for Factory Floor end-user computing issues.
  • Implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the Factory Floor IT support operations.
  • Analyze customer feedback and support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company policies and security policies.
  • Maintain a high level of vulnerability compliance to ensure IT Factory Floor workstations are compliant.
  • Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of organizational data and systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and prioritize information systems needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Provide coaching and guidance Systems Administrators, ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in information systems, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
  • Experience with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL and ServiceNow
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in IT service management, such as ITIL Foundation or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • Experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics and virtualization
  • Strong understanding of organizational change management and process improvement methodologies

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $77814 - $132283 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
