We are looking for a pivotal leader in defining and managing the organization's enterprise-wide data model within the IT Service Management (ITSM) framework, often leveraging platforms like ServiceNow. This senior-level position is crucial for ensuring that the configuration management database (CMDB) and related IT systems accurately reflect the IT environment, align with business objectives, and support efficient service management processes like incident, problem, and change management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing the overall architecture, establishing governance standards, and providing technical leadership to ensure data integrity, compliance, and strategic alignment across all business units. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise in data modeling and enterprise architecture, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and drive major IT transformation initiatives. The Senior CSDM Architect ultimately ensures the effective utilization of IT assets, reduces operational expenses, and provides a clear, reliable blueprint of the IT landscape to enable informed decision-making and improve operational performance.
