This position is in support of U.S. Customs and Border Protection as an avionics and mission system Field Service Engineer providing ISR aircraft support. Working for BAE Systems in this role presents a unique challenge and opportunity to work on a broad array of systems. The role of Field Service Engineer entails testing, troubleshooting and repair of complex avionics, communications, computer and mission sensor equipment onboard King Air 300 series aircraft. The candidate must be capable of utilizing common test equipment such as multimeters, signal analyzers, oscilloscopes and avionics data loaders as part of the typical job tasking. You will work with other BAE team members across the country, the customer and external contractors to identify, isolate and resolve discrepancies to ensure aircraft mission readiness. This is an individual position located at the CBP Miami Air and Marine Branch located in Homestead, FL. There is no relocation assistance available for this position. Applicants must be currently residing in or state willingness to relocate self to Homestead, FL or surrounding areas.

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $88189 - $149922 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
