Multimedia Assistant

We're looking for a creative Multimedia Assistant to support our marketing team in producing engaging content for our preschool brands. You'll get hands-on experience in filming, editing, simple design work, and managing digital assets for social media and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Assist in photo/video shoots at our preschool centres
• Capture content using camera or mobile devices
• Edit short videos (Knowledge in using CapCut and Premiere Pro is required)
• Create simple graphics for social media
• Help with setting up and packing down equipment after shoots
• Organise files, footage, and project folders in a systematic manner

Personality & Skills

• Responsible and organised, with strong file management habits
• Patient and comfortable around children
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Physically able to do light-to-heavy lifting for equipment

Bonus Skills

• TikTok/Reels creation
• Motion graphics or basic animation
