Azqore, a subsidiary of Indosuez Wealth Management, the wealth management arm of the Crédit Agricole Group and Capgemini, specializes in the outsourcing of information systems and in the processing of banking operations for private banking players.
We provide our clients with an Integrated Information System (S2i), and a full range of digital banking services and products. We also handle the back-office operations of our clients from two hubs, in Switzerland and Singapore. In 2020, Azqore managed 200 billion euros in assets, represented by around thirty banks.
Our Banking Operations department stands out for the excellence of a unique, tailor-made service recognized by its clients and the market. Nearly 200 employees work closely together in Switzerland and Singapore to process the banking operations of demanding clients.
At the heart of our strategy, we are looking for a VIE for our Securities Transfer desk.
The position is available in our Lausanne office.
This role will be attached to the Securities Transfer team, composed of 12 employees.
The Securities Transfer desk is responsible for processing the entries and exits of securities with external counterparties in full compliance. The desk also handles changes in depositaries, transfers of securities from one client to another, the safekeeping of physical securities, the administration of Swiss nominative share registrations, and the monitoring and updating of positions between depositaries.
You will also be in contact with the technical teams based in our Lisbon and Singapore offices.
