Monitor After Sales Assistance Processes for Fleet Vehicles

Job Description

Monitor the after sales assistance processes of the active fleet vehicles (billing fleet) Ayvens, for all events in which a replacement vehicle is simultaneously provided to the Customer.

Main Activities

  • Contribute to the daily analysis of Technical Standstill events with a replacement vehicle provided, through the consultation of the information present in the system, rather than by contacting (web/mail/phone) the network of authorized repairers, with the objective of minimizing the duration of the Technical Standstill event.
  • Within the limits and scopes of the company directives and procedures, identify the resolution of technical and service problems that may emerge during the after sales assistance processes.
  • Monitor the suppliers involved in the management of the technical standstill (network, OEM), facilitating the identification of solutions for problems that cause stalling phases.
  • Proactively interact with the departments most involved in the management of the after sales assistance processes, such as Authority Services, Network Development, Sales, and Customer Service, Relief Monitoring & Reservation, in a spirit of integration and sharing of objectives.
  • Ensure the correct and timely update of the information on the systems in use to make them available to the entire company population involved or potentially involved in the management of the assistance process.
  • Ensure adequate control of the managed cases, verifying times and solutions, in order to reduce resolution times and increase the overall level of efficiency.
  • Participate in the periodic reviews provided, proposing the adoption of action plans on indicators not in line with the company objectives.
  • Adopt a proactive attitude towards risks, reporting anomalies and risky situations, proposing mitigation actions, strictly respecting Ayvens policies.

Skills and Technical-Specialist Knowledge

  • Technical-specialist diploma or degree in scientific disciplines
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Organizational skills
  • Relational skills with different interlocutors
  • Proactivity, responsibility, critical spirit
  • Passion for the automotive sector
  • Knowledge of the English language (B1)
