Purpose of the position:

Perform prospecting activities in the assigned segment, in the reference area, in order to acquire new customers and develop the existing portfolio.

The main goal is to develop sales volumes (in terms of fleet and number of customers), customer loyalty, the sustainability of the business, and the profitability of orders while ensuring a high level of perceived consultancy for the client.

Type of contract: permanent contract

Main activities:

  • Propose and sell Ayvens mobility solutions to Small & Medium Enterprice segment customers;
  • Ensure analysis of customer mobility needs with the aim of offering the best proposal able to meet the needs;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and lay the foundations for further sales, for example through up-selling and cross-selling strategies (sale of complementary services);
  • Manage and develop the assigned portfolio and the relationship with its customers, in order to achieve its own and company targets;
  • Propose and contribute with the SME Manager/Supervisor for the definition of the strategy for the development of assigned customers;
  • Manage with the SME Manager/Supervisor the activity plan and meetings with customers in management and potential customers;
  • Adopt a proactive attitude towards risks, reporting anomalies and risk situations and proposing mitigation actions, strictly respecting Ayvens policies.

Skills / Soft and technical specialist knowledge:

  • Degree or diploma in economic, scientific, or humanities subjects
  • Dynamism and flexibility

  • Excellent relational skills and propensity to work in teams
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and main IT tools
