Your future role:

• You will check and control cost estimates for technical services (maintenance/tires).
• You will handle breakdown cases in and abroad in cooperation with our Assistance Partner*s and ensure the mobility of our customers.
• You will take over the invoice control and posting.
• You will be our internal contact point for questions about the area of maintenance and tires.

What puts you in the pole position:

• You have a completed training (knowledge in the automotive industry is an advantage).
• You have already gained initial professional experience in similar positions.
• You have very good German, as well as good English skills (any other language is an advantage).
• You have good IT skills (especially MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook).
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and are a team player.
