Position Purpose:

Setting up, managing, and monitoring prospecting processes powered by opportunities generated by Retail & SME Commercial Areas and not yet converted related to private clients, self-employed professionals, micro-enterprises, and SME profiles.

Job Type: Permanent Contract

Location: Rome/Milan

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing, monitoring, and developing lead qualification processes
  • Defining, managing, and developing agreements in collaboration with the Marketing Department with partners, associations, and corporate companies
  • Defining, managing processes of upselling/cross-selling in collaboration with Fleet Intelligence and Consultancy departments
  • Preparing and managing prospect lists for contract modification proposals for Retail & SME Areas
  • Identifying and reporting first-level KPIs
  • Identifying and managing lists of opportunities derived from Corporate Databases (former customers, unconverted opportunities, potential prospects from sales lists, non-renewed terminations)
  • Supporting in the planning of digital sales growth and the technological evolution of the related platform with the help of monitoring and optimization activities output
  • Evaluating key metrics that influence traffic, conversions, and target audience (personas)
  • Evaluating new product/service features that best meet the needs of the served audience segments, in collaboration with the Product & Marketing Function
  • Supporting the implementation of digital marketing activities, in synergy with the Product & Marketing Function, on a wide range of channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile)
  • Supporting the planning, implementation, and monitoring, in collaboration with the Product & Marketing Function, of digital sales channel campaigns, ensuring the preparation of accurate reports on their performance
  • Managing the online showcase dedicated to the commercial proposal 'Only Online' to support the digital sales channel by publishing offers intended for the digital sales channel
  • Adopting a proactive attitude towards risks, reporting anomalies and risky situations, proposing mitigation actions, strictly respecting Ayvens policies
