Position Purpose

Lead the development of used business on the Remarketing Network sales channel, aiding and supporting the activity of the reference area centers to ensure the achievement of assigned targets both quantitatively (volumes and performance) and qualitatively (desired times and processes).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contribute daily to the verification of the assigned stock by managing product assignments on the Platoutlet portal for your area of competence and participating in the correct pricing setup;
  • Analyze the sales results of the Network, monitoring the progress of commercial objectives and contributing to proposing improvements on the processes for the centers in your area of competence, in an effort to maximize the results;
  • Support new affiliate partners by facilitating their integration and alignment with the company's Remarketing processes in an effort to continuously optimize the "time to market";
  • Identify best practices and signal effective promotional actions through continuous dialogue with the Network, activating a continuous comparison with your own manager to formulate actions capable of constantly following the evolving needs of the Final Customer;
  • Organize periodic meetings with the centers in your area of competence to implement the level of network loyalty and verify the correct application of the indications provided by Ayvens;
  • Participate in national territory scouting activities for the expansion, if necessary, of the network of dealers and preparation of the appropriate checklist;
  • Ensure the contractual management and periodic update of the documentation of the centers in your area of competence;
  • Adopt a proactive attitude towards risks, reporting anomalies and risky situations, proposing mitigation actions, strictly respecting Ayvens policies.

Skills/Competence and Technical-Specialist Knowledge:

  • Diploma or Degree in economic subjects;
  • Knowledge of the Italian Automotive Retail market;
  • Sharp negotiation skills;
  • Excellent relational and teamwork skills;
  • Time and priority management;
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Outlook and main IT tools.
