We are looking for a Remarketing Analyst who will play a key role in the further development of our platform. This is a newly created position with great influence in our Car Remarketing department.

Carmarket is Ayvens' new platform for selling used cars in the B2B market in Norway, and the ambition is to set a new standard for data-driven sales of used cars. As a Remarketing Analyst, you will have a central role in developing the platform, processes, and results ours – and contribute to the professionalization of one of Norway's largest used car environments.

Your main tasks will be:

• Analysis and Insight
• Conduct ongoing analyses of sales results, price trends, and residual value development
• Analyze result achievement between different sales channels
• Process and Supplier Follow-Up
• Measurement and evaluation of suppliers within preparation, rates, and logistics
• Quality monitoring and recommendations for process improvements
• Commercial Development
• Contribute to the development and testing of new sales channels and technology
• Monthly reporting, KPI follow-up, and presentations for management
• Customer service and customer journey surveys in Carmarket

Your qualifications and characteristics:

• Higher education in economics, analysis, logistics, or similar (relevant experience can compensate)
• Experience with BI tools and advanced use of Excel; familiarity with AI-driven analysis tools is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and a high degree of structure
• Good communication skills in Norwegian and English
• Experience in the automotive industry, banking, or finance is an advantage – but not a requirement.
