Responsibilities include:

• Handling incoming and outgoing mail, keeping records for all incoming invoices and mail and distribution to departments
• Coordination with the post office and couriers, keeping track of expenses
• Receiving incoming phone calls, transfers and taking notes
• Taking care of business partners and representation stock (coffee, beverages)
• Ordering beverages, stationery, and furniture according to procedure
• Communication regarding transportation tickets and hotels
• Administrative tracking of compliance in domain of protection at work and protection of personal data
• Performing monthly, quarterly, and annual checks on a regular basis
