Temporary Operations Advisor (Parttime)

As a Temporary Operations Advisor (parttime), you are responsible for overseeing the sale of 'end of lease' cars to the drivers of these cars or to people within their direct network. A more concrete overview of your tasks includes:

• Administrative management of sales files from A to Z: (document control, VAT control, creation of new customers, preparation of quotes, etc.).
• Processing customer requests/comments via email and other tools (ALD CAR, SF).
• Commercial follow-up of ongoing files by contacting the customer by phone and/or email.
• Payment control (bank statements) and invoicing.

Who are we looking for?

• You have a secondary education in a relevant field or can convince us with your experience gained so far.
• You can easily commute to and from Asse, as this is where you will be employed.
• You are proactive, organized, and manage your priorities well.
• You are customer-oriented, patient, and stress-resistant.
• You enjoy working very accurately and you are detail oriented.
• You love (financial) administration and communicate fluently by email or phone.
• You have a very good command of Dutch, French, and English, both spoken and written.
