Your Future Role

In your position, you will be responsible for:

• Acceptance and processing of IT support requests in our ticket system
• You will provide first and second-level support for employees with soft and hardware problems
• You will be responsible for the maintenance of the IT infrastructure
• You will ensure careful maintenance of documentation
• You will be the first point of contact for the installation and maintenance of end devices such as notebooks and mobile phones
• In your role, you will accompany integration-related projects in your area

What Brings You To The Poleposition

You will have:

• Approximately 5 years of professional experience in the above-mentioned position or similar areas
• A completed study with an IT focus is advantageous
• Experience in the development of IT solutions and familiarity with working in projects
• An independent, accurate, and structured working method
• A high level of team, service, and solution orientation
• Very good German and English skills in speech and writing

Salary

For this position, we offer a minimum salary of €3,000.00 gross per month, depending on qualification and professional experience, with willingness to pay more.
