Purpose of the position:

Ensure the correct execution of the Car Preparation & Dealer OEM Transfer process of new cars including the management of contractually stipulated after markets and the installation of telematics and anti-theft devices.

Ensure customers the correct application of what is provided in the contract through the monitoring of NPS and direct support to internal and external customers.

Type of contract: permanent contract

Main activities:

• Contribute to the correct management of all activities related to the preparation of vehicles prepared at the dealers/car makers' preparation centers - including special fittings -, the installation of telematics and anti-theft devices and the provision of the same to transporters or the final customer in order to guarantee customer satisfaction and the achievement of company objectives;
• Ensure the correct update of the delivery dates to the customer, during the phases of the process of own responsibility;
• Manage the follow-ups of the transports and the related updates of the delivery dates for the suppliers operating in integrated logistics regime;
• Ensure the dialogue with the other company departments in order to guarantee the optimal performance of the services;
• Monitor, for the top client area, the correct application of what is provided in the contract, in order to minimize the risks of penal attributions and guarantee the level of service required by the customer.
• Support the internal customer in the management of third-level SF queue criticalities, in order to guarantee the correct resolution and customer satisfaction and collaborate in the identification of action points to prevent the same cases.
• Adopt a proactive attitude towards risks, reporting anomalies and situations at risk, proposing mitigation actions, strictly respecting Ayvens policies.

Skills / Soft and technical specialist knowledge:

• Degree or diploma in economic, scientific, or humanistic subjects
• Dynamism and flexibility

• Excellent relational skills and propensity to work in a team
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Good knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and main IT tools
