Dap Adulte – Administrative Agent For Technical Service And Assurance

Your mission:

Within the Operations Department, you provide administrative support for the Technical Service and Assurance.

In constant interaction with the Service collaborators, you report to the Operations Supervisor.

In this position, you provide support to the two activities of the service:

Service Assurance (management of claims, repairs, and insurance contracts)

• Encoding and digitization of credit amendments
• Opening repair missions
• Administrative management of files
• Encoding of manual invoices
• Classification of claims files
• Creation of suppliers

Technical Service (follow-up of operations on vehicles: maintenance, repairs, tires)

• Encoding and verification of maintenance, repair, and tire invoices
• Processing of reimbursement requests
• Digitization and classification
• Management of disputes
• Management of personnel tires and simple/administrative agreements

Your profile:

• A training course in administrative/accounting/automotive/insurance fields
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Dynamic, you like to take initiatives
• Mastery of French and a good level in English B2 (German and Luxembourgish will be considered as an asset)
• Good command of computer tools, Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), you are quickly comfortable with specific applications of the profession
