If you have:

• Fluent in Estonian and English language
• Strong customer service focus with a can-do attitude
• Proven experience from similar (customer service) position with B2B customer relations
• Background from the financial sector, insurance, or automotive industries – advantage
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Independent, self-motivated, and results-driven approach
• Efficient user experience with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Teams, CRM

We trust you will be able to:

• Provide excellent daily customer service
• Support internal key stakeholders such as Sales, Technical, and Accounting team
• Handle general customer requests administration, prepare related documentation
• Ensure timely and accurate database updates
• Handle critical issues and report such further to respective experts
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports and offers
• Manage and follow up customer contracts and orders

Salary range for the position: 2000 - 2150 EUR gross (before taxes)
