Responsibilities:

  • Current support for Client/driver (working with the phone): Providing answers to questions regarding the implementation of contractual provisions; Registration of notifications in Ayvens systems; Updating driver data in Ayvens systems
  • Recording complaints filed by the Client; Accepting and processing communication damages
  • Cooperation with the operational department and Account regarding technical complaints as well as other tasks assigned by the operational department
  • Preparation and coordination of the seasonal tire replacement process
  • Active monitoring of the work environment, including reporting ideas for improvements and solutions for activities, processes, and "catching errors/deficiencies" in one's own workplace and throughout the company
  • Maintaining professional relationships with Clients/drivers
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Acting in accordance with Ayvens values expressed in the Code of Conduct document
  • Taking responsibility for all actions taken
  • Responsibility for reporting operational losses to the system if they occur and if the employee becomes aware of them
  • Carrying out other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Higher education or in the process of studying
  • Negotiation skills
  • Very good communication skills
  • High interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under time pressure and results
  • Good organization of work (accuracy, timeliness, reliability, ability to prioritize tasks)
  • Independence, flexibility
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Sensitivity to customer needs
