Areas Of Responsibilities

• Elaborate calculations, specific calculations and S&LB pricing;
• Contribute to conversion to better performing offers;
• Being able to determine a comparable alternative in order to improve efficiency; Provide excellent customer service, with the ability to build productive relationships;
• Recommend process improvements to create greater efficiency;

Job Requirements

• University degree/diploma (e.g. in business, management, economics, etc);
• English & Dutch (fluent, verbally and written);
• 2 years' experience working in Customer Service;
• Intermediate MS Office (Excel, Access) skills;
• Familiarity with SAP ERP systems and tools an advantage;
• Continuous improvement mindset;
• Experience working in a multi-lingual international organization;
• Financial and Commercial skills + analytical ability;
• Able to work under pressure and in periods with peaks;
• Broad knowledge of the automotive industry / market;
