Your Responsibilities

In our customer support department in Hamburg, you will support your future team by, among other things, performing the following tasks:

• You are the contact person for customers, dealers, and sales and process general correspondence and complaints
• You create offers, draft contracts, and adjust them flexibly to the needs of the customers
• You are responsible for the execution of the final settlements of the leasing contracts
• You carry out KYC checks and the verification of signatories
• In addition, you work closely with the sales department on initial checks and analyze reports
• You are responsible for the damage processing and organize the return of leasing vehicles

What You Bring To The Table

• Completed commercial training, e.g. as an automotive salesman (m/f/d), office clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
• First experience as a service consultant (m/f/d), clerk (m/f/d), or sales consultant (m/f/d)
• Relevant work experience in internal sales or customer service/customer support, preferably in the automotive sector
• Good understanding of commercial and technical connections
• Hands-on mentality with a pronounced organizational talent
• Proactive team player with a passion for customer contact
• Excellent communication skills in German and English in speech and writing
• Sophisticated handling of the MS Office package
