Your Responsibilities

In our department in Hamburg, you will support your future team, among other things, by:

• Being the contact person for customers, dealers, and sales and processing general correspondence as well as complaints
• Creating offers, drafting contracts and adapting them flexibly to the needs of the customers
• Being responsible for the execution of the final settlements of the leasing contracts
• Carrying out KYC checks and the verification of signatories
• Working closely with the sales department on initial checks and analyzing reports
• Being responsible for damage processing and organizing the return of leasing vehicles

What You Bring To Us

• Completed commercial training, e.g. as an automotive salesman (m/f/d), office manager (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• First experience as a service consultant (m/f/d), clerk (m/f/d), or sales consultant (m/f/d)
• Relevant professional experience in sales internal service or customer service/customer support, preferably in the automotive sector
• Good understanding of commercial and technical connections
• Hands-on mentality with pronounced organizational talent
• Proactive team player with a passion for customer contact
• Excellent communication skills in German and English in speech and writing
• Sovereign handling of the MS Office package
