Then you might be the perfect match for one of our two new positions, where you will play a central role in ensuring that our customers receive the best and most effective experience!

As a Credit & KYC Sales Coordinator at Ayvens, you will be an important part of our sales department, where you will be responsible for supporting the commercial side of the business with credit application submissions to our internal credit department and supporting KYC-procedures in collaboration with our dedicated Service Center.

You play a central support role in the KYC process in the sales department and have a coordinating role in ensuring timely payment from our larger customers in collaboration with our sales department and accounts receivable department. Your "customers" are your colleagues in the sales department, whom you assist by providing thorough, timely, and well-reasoned credit recommendations.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparation and submission of credit applications to the internal credit department
• Ensuring that applications are made within the correct framework and at the right time in close dialogue with the sales department
• Assessment and analysis of BtB-customers' annual reports and financial key figures
• Contributing to maintaining high credit quality in case processing
• Supporting the KYC-process (Know Your Customer) including necessary customer contact regarding documentation
• Coordination between the sales organization and the accounts receivable department
• Collaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth credit and KYC processes

When you and your team are up and running, your efforts will contribute to ensuring high quality in credit and KYC processes for our BtB-customers and ensuring that processes are carried out correctly and in a timely manner in close collaboration with our sales organization.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate has solid experience in financial analysis and credit assessment of BtB-customers, preferably with a relevant educational background in finance, economics, or similar. You are comfortable navigating IT and digital systems to support your daily tasks. Excellent collaboration skills and clear communication with internal stakeholders are essential for your success in this role.
