Your main mission will be to manage the maintenance service of client vehicles in accordance with their contract, focusing on service quality and customer satisfaction.

Your duties will include:

• Delivering agreements to suppliers after checking the estimation and validity of the request
• Following, controlling, and optimizing vehicle repairs
• Reducing the downtime of vehicles with cross-departmental services
• Managing the invoicing process through verification, control, and technical imputation of after-sales invoices and checking client rebillings
• Performing recourses with manufacturers and repairers
• Managing disputes and informing commercial services and hierarchy of their outcome
• Assisting client users in their relations with repairer networks
• Maintaining good relations with suppliers and reporting significant facts to your hierarchy

In terms of compliance with standards, you will apply the current quality standards and operational procedures and ensure regular reporting and informing your hierarchy of significant facts.

If this sounds like you:

• You have a technical training in mechanics (CAP/BEP/BTS MAVA...) and 2 to 3 years of experience in a garage and/or in a dealership (mechanic, receptionist...).
• You have knowledge of automotive mechanics
• You are proficient with office tools
• You are organized and rigorous
• You show team spirit, autonomy, and initiative
• You are comfortable with written and oral communication
