Are you passionate about cars and have a flair for ensuring everything runs smoothly? We are seeking an engaged and flexible Car Service Assistant to help present our cars in the best way and ensure an optimal customer experience. With us, you will be an important part of a dynamic B2C team, where collaboration and efficiency are paramount.

Ayvens is involved in, among other things, the sale and leasing of used cars. You will be part of our private leasing team located in Taastrup, responsible for the daily operations. There is speed in the daily routine, and our team works together every day to create fantastic experiences for our customers.

As a Car Service Assistant, you will be co-responsible for the daily management of our cars on display in Taastrup. You will ensure that the cars appear functional and presentable both inside and outside the showroom. In addition to working with your team, you will work closely with our technical department and Defleet centers.

Your responsibilities include:

• Daily handling and maintenance of cars on display
• Ensuring optimal functionality and presentation of the cars
• Collaborating with the technical department regarding tire management, updating inventory lists, etc.
• Receiving and registering cars from Defleet centers
• Ad hoc tasks for the sales department

You have a structured approach, high sense of order, and great car knowledge including skills in restoration. You are service-minded towards both colleagues and customers and are flexible in your work tasks.

• Have good data and IT skills including good knowledge of MS Office and possibly DMR and Wefleet
• Speak and write fluent Danish and English
• Work both structured and disciplined
• Have a focus on efficiency and process optimization
• Come with a positive attitude and want to contribute to a good work environment
