Job Description

Scope of the position:

Support the manager in achieving the sales performance (volumes/profitability) assigned to the area of expertise.

Type of contract: Permanent contract

Main activities:

  • Manage with the manager the achievement of sales performance (volumes / profitability) assigned to the area of expertise;
  • Ensure the management of the assigned partner team, in order to correctly present services and products, providing guidance and support in operational activities;
  • Propose and manage constant training and training sessions in the operational, marketing, and scoring areas for a constant alignment between local action and company strategies;
  • Ensure the management of the performance of the assigned partners, so that they are in line with the quality objectives related to the Partner Rating provided by the contractual agreements;
  • Facilitate the relationship between Ayvens internal departments and the partner agent in order to manage and resolve any complaints, malfunctions, and problems arising at the local level in the management of the Customer or the services provided;
  • Ensure that the order management process (from the creation of offers to the delivery of the vehicle) takes place according to the modalities and timeframes established by the Company;
  • Manage autonomously the own area, with particular reference to commercial relations with Agents and Brokers, with the aim of ensuring compliance with the behavioral model of the D.Lgs.231;
  • Support Agents and Brokers on complex negotiations;
  • Manage activities of scouting on the territory functional to the identification and onboarding of new potential Partners;
  • Adopt a proactive attitude towards risks, reporting anomalies and situations at risk and proposing mitigation actions, strictly respecting Ayvens policies.

Skills / Soft and technical specialist knowledge:

  • Degree or diploma in economic, scientific, or humanities subjects

  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and the main IT tools
