Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Managing a customer portfolio: ensuring day-to-day monitoring of contracts, responding to specific requests, and anticipating needs.
• Steering the commercial relationship: identifying development opportunities, preparing, and leading steering committees with customers.
• Analyzing performance: providing activity reports, monitoring KPIs, proposing action plans.
• Optimizing fleet management: advising on fleet composition, energy transition, electrification, etc.
• Internal coordination: working in synergy with the sales, technical, delivery and customer service teams, etc.
• Commercial negotiation
• Data analysis
• Cross-functional work between Account Management, New Business and Business Partner

Your Profile:

• Commercial qualification or comparable experience in administration
• Very good knowledge of German and English, French is an advantage
• Ideally, experience in the automotive or financial services sector
• Good understanding of mobility issues (TCO, electrification, etc.)
• Sales oriented, sense of service
• Excellent skills in reporting tools (Excel, CRM etc.)
