Certifications: Must have one of three: LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT
Skills: Outpatient clinic, assess response to treatment, biopsychosocial assessment, conduct initial evaluation, develop plan of care to meet patient/caregiver needs, establish and revise goals, collaborative care, coordinates with internal and external team members, refers to other disciplines/resources, discharge summary, documentation according to plan of care, documentation of care delivery, plan, goals, etc, documentation of patient/caregiver teaching/learning, documentation reflects understanding of coverage criteria, documents patient response, family therapy, group therapy, individual counseling, adult protective services, child protective services, suicide/homicide/self-harm, psychiatric disorders, high risk intervention patient vulnerability or safety risk, knowledge of cultural issues
