Shift: Dayshift – Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM
No weekends or holidays!

The Patient Services Representative acts as the initial point of contact for front office activity and helps direct the patient flow process at the physician office. This position performs patient check-ins and appointment scheduling, maintains patient financial records, and may serve as a switchboard operator as needed.
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 2–5 years
