Call Center Representative - Manchester Urology - Full Time
Must meet all key responsibilities that are indicated. Must be able to answer the incoming calls to schedule or re-schedule patients for appointments, answer patient questions, and direct the patient to the appropriate person if unable to answer the questions.
Is required to answer the emergency line. This position is the initial contact for the majority of our patients, welcoming them into our practice. This position is the practice's first and lasting impression.
Must deal in an immediate manner with incoming consults and messages from outside physicians for the physician on call. Must be able to deal with all types of patient conflicts. Must be able to work at a fast pace and must be able to multi-task. Dealing with difficult situations in a positive and professional manner. Exceed customer service standards.
Education/Experience/Licensure:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Previous experience in a health care setting performing similar functions preferred.
Certification/Licensure: N/A
Software/Hardware: Proficient in MS Office.
