The Intake Coordinator processes all incoming patients monitors patient flow answers telephone to company standards and schedules/confirms patient appointments. The representative communicates between the patient and office to ensure all protocols are being followed and uses a strong working knowledge of medical terminology to address patient inquiries solve problems and promote services.
