Position Purpose:
Performs setup, configuration, installation, and support functions for PCs, printers, and telephones. Installs and troubleshoots various software applications as needed. Assists the Network Engineer in the set-up, testing, and installation of new systems/applications. Documents and resolves all assigned HelpDesk requests. Independently manages assigned large-scale projects.
Associate Degree: Computer Operations or equivalent work experience

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in computing concepts and networking. Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English in order to establish a working relationship with end users and interpret manuals. Demonstrated written and oral communication skills. Ability to organize, analyze, problem-solve complex technical issues, and educate. Knowledge of TCP/IP, Ethernet topology, VLANs, and VPNs. Knowledge of unattended or single-image deployment. Knowledge of Windows desktop operating system. Understands Active Directory functionality. Knowledge of large scale environments.
