Assists in completing human resources (HR) transactions in accordance with service center standards. Provides exceptional service in response to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and programs. Assists in the interpretation of employee data and processes within systems. Resolves matters pertaining to employee transactions and approval workflows.
Education:
Essential: Associate degree or equivalent obtained through a formal 2 or 4-year program.
Experience:
One-two years of relevant experience required. Experience in Human Resources. Experience with UKG and INFOR Cloud Suite preferred.
