Provides feedback to staff and management. Utilizes excellent customer service skills by responding to minor problems, requests, complaints, and unmet needs of patients and their families.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Essential: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: Essential: 2 years experience in direct customer interaction preferred
