Transports patients to and from Imaging Services and patient care areas. Performs clerical duties and procedures relating to in-patient and out-patient paper flow scheduling examinations and releasing images. The fellow assists the technologist in various technical procedures. Assists in other areas in a non-technical capacity as required. Maintains a high level of initiative, dependability, and motivation. Displays a professional attitude with patients and staff. Communicates effectively. Exhibits knowledge of hospital/departmental developments by attending at least the minimum number of required in-service meetings.
Education/Experience:
Have completed 2 semesters of an accredited Radiographic or Ultrasound preferred and be in good academic standing. Must be currently CPR certified. Radiology students must have a current Indiana State Department of Health Student License.
